Don Hicks, owner of the Blue LLama Jazz Club in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is a solid trumpeter also known for having purchased one of Miles Davis’ legendary trumpets in 2019, which came to Europe for the first time on the occasion of JazzAscona’s 40th anniversary.
We will have the pleasure of hearing him together with his quartet, which offers an engaging straight-ahead Jazz repertoire.
