“Home Recorded Delicatessen” is the title of the latest, delightful album by The Hot Teapots, an Italian band amongst the most popular and loved acts of JazzAscona 2022 that performs vintage Jazz with passion.
“Oti Poti” (as their friends call them) were born as buskers on the initiative of singer and guitarist Michele Bertoldi and some members of the Original Perdido Jazz Band. The ensemble draws on the music of Louisiana and New Orleans during the beginning of the last century, including pre-war blues and early jazz.
