Piano and tap dance for two
Piano and tap dance for two: the TONFA Tap Dance duo offers this as part of the “Acoustic Town” program. The lineup consists of Fabrizio Pieroni on piano and dancer Antonio Buongrazio. The former is from Rome, born in 1964. A piano and jazz graduate of the “S. Cecilia” Conservatory, he has worked as a pianist, conductor, composer and teacher in various musical fields, recording albums and participating in international Jazz and tango festivals. The second, aka Tony Buondancer is an established tap and Jazz dancer, who will teach the Shim Sham style in Ascona as part of the festival’s “Dancing Hours.” A soloist, choreographer and teacher, he is the creator of the “Tap Fusion” style, which blends different genres of dance and music and which he teaches internationally.
